Adam Greer - President & CEO

Adam has been in the search industry since 2004. He started his career with the largest international staffing firm where he achieved #1 producer in the area within the  He was then recruited to join a boutique specialty search firm as a Client Development Manager until the firm was acquired. After a couple stints with local firms in Houston, Adam was part of Solomon Edwards for 5 years where he became a Manager of Professional Search and was consistently a top producer. Adam created Give Back Recruiting to harness his experience in recruiting and desire to help others while also incorporating his passion for charitable giving. 

Adam graduated from Texas Tech University and is still active in the alumni association. He is an ambassador for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where he serves on the leadership committee as well as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Adam enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, and supporting other charities in his free time.
